Vintage Bathroom

We remodeled this vintage bathroom in a way that keeps the original charm. Instead of reglazing, we decided to keep this 1920’s Kohler tub. In the 1920’s, the beadboard would have been a tile, however, given budget constraints, we color matched the beadboard to replicate that aesthetic.

Vintage Living Room

Who doesn’t love neutral tones? We took this bare living room and designed a comfortable, cozy, vintage space. The mixture of wood tones, brass, frames, and textures, with the incorporation of plants really elevated this space.

NEUTRALS WILL ALWAYS BE TIMELESS.

Airbnb

Two words: Additional Income! Airbnb can be an easy way to add an extra source of income.

Guest

We took this spare, second floor bedroom and turned it into a private guest suite.

Suite

On average, it was book 80%-85% of each month, and brought in an extra $300-$400 per month in NW PA.

Kitchen Remodel

We took this dated kitchen and brought it into the 21st century. We updated the cabinets, hardware, countertops, paint, light fixtures, flooring, and some appliances. In other words, a complete gut!

This design speaks for itself. Our favorite aesthetic is vintage-modern. Not only is it timeless, it also makes incorporating nature a simple task. In this dining room there are several different wood tones that all work well together, as they’re grounded by the pops of black and green.

Home Office Nook

We removed (but saved!) the knotty pine and replaced with drywall to brighten the space. We then decorated in a vintage-bohemian aesthetic.

MODERN VINTAGE FOR THE WIN

LIGHT

You can never go wrong with a neutral pallet, as mentioned before.

AIRY

We opened up the walls between the kitchen and living-dining area.

BRIGHT

We updated paint, refinished the floors, and styled.
